This paper first connects rotational plate method with variable output coupling method and gets small-signal gain of 1.60×10-3 and 1.75×10-3 cm-1, intracavity loss of 12.0%. Saturation parameter of 3.00 kW/cm2. A comparison of these results with the published data of other COIL systems is also presented.
