A close-cycled and flowinig XeCl excimer laser
A close-cycled and flowing XeCl excimer laser is presented. It can be operated continuously for 8 hours with an average output power of 80 mW and a lifetime of -6×l04 shots at 2 Hz on each gas replenishment.
