Wide-band tuning property of external cavity semiconductor laser
Wide-band wavelength tuning properties of external cavity semiconductor laser (ECL) with strong feedback configuration are analyzed in this paper. A formula of maximum tuning range is given in theory and an ECL with 120 nm tuning range (1. 45-1. 57μm) is achieved experimentally.
