Study on Thermal Effect Compensation of High-power LD-end-pumped Nd:YAG Z-cavity

    In this paper, a convex lens is inserted in the Z cavity, which is used to compensate for the thermal lens effect in gain medium. The experiments verify its feasibility. The maximum output power is 1.14 W, and the slope efficiency is 9 95%.
