From Smart Construction to Intelligent Governance--- Closed-loop Practice of Digital Housing and Urban-Rural Development under Hierarchical Supervision in Laoshan District of Qingdao
In order to promote the high-quality development of the construction industry, Laoshan District of Qingdao City has been actively exploring the path of digital transformation. This paper conducts an in-depth study on the specific practices of Laoshan District in the construction of a digital supervision mechanism for housing construction projects, the integration and application of intelligent construction technologies, and the management of multi-sensory smart construction site platform. Through the establishment of a hierarchical and classified comprehensive management system, Laoshan District has achieved precise supervision of housing construction projects. By relying on an integration system of intelligent construction technologies, it has promoted the innovative application of construction technologies. Based on the multi-sensory smart construction site platform, it has enhanced the management efficiency of construction sites. The practice shows that the application of digital means has effectively shortened the construction period, saved labor, reduced costs, and improved safety management levels, providing a valuable reference for the digital transformation of the construction industry.
