Improved solubilization of Kartogenin in natural polysaccharide hydrogel through polymer micelles

    In order to solve the problem of low solubility of hydrophobic drug Kartogenin (KGN)in hydrogel,shell crosslinked F127 micelles was synthesized to dissolve KGN,followed by adding into hydrogels. Based on the hydrophobicity of middle block polyepoxypropane of F127 and the hydrophobicity of KGN,the efficient loading of KGN in shell crosslinked F127 micelles was realized. At the same time,natural polysaccharide based hydrogel was prepared by Schiff base crosslinking between hydroxypropyl chitosan(HPCS)and oxidized konjac glucomannan (OKGM). The optimal ratio of HPCS and OKGM was obtained through rheological experiments and morphological characterization,and the shell crosslinked F127 micelles loaded with KGN was used as the addition component of the hydrogel. In this work,the hydrogel loading of hydrophobic drug KGN is realized,which provides a method to improve the hydrogel loading of hydrophobic drug molecules.
