Enterprises need specialized talents who can take up their positions urgently after graduation. How the school can let students experience the workplace environment as soon as possible, get familiar with the job, and simulate real production is the direction for higher vocational colleges. In order to simulate real production in real enterprise scene, the School of Optometry of Tianjin Vocational Institute has built five productive training centers integrating industry and education relying on the construction of "double highs" and cooperating with a number of leading enterprises in the industry. The school provides professionals for enterprises, and enterprises support the construction of the school for mutual benefit and common development.
