The packaging quality of photoelectric displays glass substrates is crucial for the smooth use of the product on the client side. Poor packaging may cause problems such as fragments, adhesive tapes, and film detachment. This article explores the factors affecting the variation in corner thickness during the packaging process and proposes control measures to mitigate this issue. These measures include replacing rubber with low-friction coefficient polypropylene (PP), utilizing ultrasonic thickness measurement, and incorporating slotting on the baseboard. The implementing methods can enhance the packaging quality of glass substrates, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance market competitiveness.
