Analysis of factors affecting the measurement accuracy of Fizeau wavemeter
In this paper we analyzed several factors affective the measurement accuracy of Fizeau wavemeter, and derived the limits which must be controlled for the surrounding temprature, electro-magnetic distrubance beam mode and mechanic therruo-stability.
