Stable Operation and Emergency Response of Power Supply and Distribution System in Float Glass Factory

    In order to reduce production risk ,improve stability of production ,ensure the safe operation of power supply and distribution system and achieve efficient use of energy in the float glass factory ,a practice plan of island operation and maintenance and emergency response for waste heat power generation and oil- electric system has been developed.Through the management of operation and implementation of maintenance and emergency response measures,the stable operations of waste heat power generation and oil-electric system were achieved.Once the power supply fails,waste heat generation and oil-electric systems will immediately switch on to continue power supply so as to ensure the smooth production process.Through the implementation of this practice plan,the safety and stability of the power supply and distribution system in the float glass factory have been improved and fluctuations and risks in the production process have been effectively controlled.Moreover,the stable operation of waste heat power generation and oil-electric system also contributes to the effective use of energy and improves the economic benefit of the float glass factory.
