In order to ensure the quality of engineering construction, improve construction efficiency, and reduce engineering costs, this paper proposes strategies for technical management as well as energy conservation and emission reduction in construction projects, through optimizing the layout of lighting equipment and circuits, adopting fluorescent lamps combined with electronic ballasts used as the lighting equipment for buildings, and introducing intelligent lighting control technology. The results of the case analysis show that energy-saving technology in lighting systems can effectively reduce energy consumption, improve lighting quality, and ensure lighting comfort experience of residents, providing data support for the lighting design of Green Buildings.
