Guided by the national bench marking colleges and departments for party building, the national model party building branch, and the first batch of “Huang-danian style” teachers’ team in China, we have innovated the structured teacher teaching innovation team construction mechanism of "chief responsibility, division of labor and cooperation, complementary advantages and common improvement". The first is to formulate the construction scheme and performance appraisal method of structured teachers’ teaching innovation team.Then it is to introduce famous teachers, skill masters, backbone teachers and industrial mentors from outside and in-house, implement the pairing of teachers and apprentices, and build a "double qualified" teaching team. Last, it is to connect with the modular curriculum construction of professional post group service, break the departmental and cross professional integration of full-time and part-time teachers.
