Evaluation of the Beam Quality of a High Average Power Pulse TEA CO2 Laser
The far field beam profiles up to 33m of a high average power high repetition rate TEA CO2 laser were measured and the beam quality parameters such as M2 factor, waist width and divergence angles were also evaluated.
