Composite enzyme-assisted high-temperature steaming desizing-scouring process for cotton woven fabric
Conventional enzymatic pretreatment (desizing and scouring) for cotton woven fabrics often adopts cold pad-batch or medium-temperature steaming, which has problems such as low production efficiency and high process control requirements. The enzymatic properties of an amylase-pectinase system under various conditions are analysed, the influence of process condition on the fabric performance is investigated. The optimal process condition is amylase TH 0.5 g/L, pectinase XS 1 g/L, TF-1871 1 g/L, dipping at 60 ℃, pH of padding liquor 6, followed by steaming at 90 ℃ for 30 min. After treatment, the desizing grade of cotton fabric reaches Grade 9, and the wettability is less than 1 s. The overall treatment effect is similar to the traditional alkali desizing and steaming process, the treatment time is shorter and the fabric strength damage is smaller.
