Compared and analyzed the parameters of common types of 16 different brands of defocus lenses, the future development of prevention and control of myopia defocus lenses was considered. The parameters of 16 different brands of defocus lenses for myopia controlling were investigated, and the defocus lenses were designed and developed according to various types of defocus methods, but the specific optical design principle, appearance and other differences, the relevant parameters of lenses had differences. To standardize the application of defocus lenses in the field of myopia prevention and control, the country needs to issue the relevant design standards, manufacturing standards, quality inspection standards, fitting, assembly standards, lens application evaluation standards and other documents.
