To address the fiber migration phenomenon in silk quilts during daily use, rubbing test and tumble test were adopted to conduct simulated actual stress tests on commercially available silk quilts. The degree of silk threading was quantified through a grading evaluation system, and the reproducibility of the test results was verified. Results showed that the tumbling box method (with type B balls) exhibited the optimal random impact effect on test samples, with significant simulation of the fiber migration phenomenon achievable through 2 000 tests. An effective testing method for the fiber migration phenomenon in silk quilts was established, providing a technical basis for enterprises to optimize products and having reference significance for standardizing the market and safeguarding consumers' rights and interests.
