The design characteristics, special structure, melting quality, shutdown status and overhaul scheme of the 200 t/d coal gas-fired furnace for lightweight beer bottle are elaborated. The problems that exist during one cycle of furnace operation are analyzed and summarized in this article. It is expected to provide some technical references for workers in enterprises and institutions engaged in the production of lightweight beer bottles in this industry.
