Effects of facet reflectivity on characteristics of differentiation of diode laser output over Mas
Investigations have been made on the effects of the facet on the laser characteristics of the diode output and its differentiation over the bias current theoretically and experimentally. Kestilts also show that approporiately adjusting the facet reflectivity may increase the diode output power and the external quantum efficiency.
