Study on Ways of Removing Noises of Infrared Image Based on H.263 Video Recommendation
In the paper newalgorithm to remove most noise with adaptive filter on image pixels areas of receivingport is proposed. It is composed of selecting part window, statistics analysis,least-squares-multiplication and so on. The visual quality of infrared image can beimproved clearly by this way.
