Design of Miniaturized Anti-Pulse Dielectric Filter
The large volume of traditional high-power cavity and LC filters does not meet the miniaturization and lightweight requirements for communication equipment applications. In this paper, a high-power dielectric filter is designed using microwave ceramic material with a high Qf value and a high dielectric constant, significantly reducing the filter size. A three-dimensional field co-simulation is employed, along with parameter extraction, to streamline the design process, and a power capacity analysis is performed. The filter demonstrates characteristics of small size, low loss, high suppression, and pulse resistance, successfully meeting the necessary requirements after production testing.
