Measurement of Internal Parameters of Electrooptically Q-switched RF Excited Waveguide CO2 Laser Using Rotatable Phase Plate
A novel method is presented to measure the internal parameters of electrooptically Q-switched RF excited waveguide CO2 laser. The small-signal gain, internal losses, saturation intensity and ect can be measured by this method and it can also be applied to measure the parameters of other kinds of lasers.
