Focusing Properties of Laser Beams of Amplitude Modulations and Phase Fluctuations
In this paper, using the generalized Huygens Fresnel diffraction integral and statistical optics method, the focusing properties of laser beams with amplitude modulations and phase fluctuations have been studied in detail. The beam quality factor (M 2 factor) of laser beams with phase fluctuations has been analyzed.
