With the increasing demand for professional optometry technicians in domestic eye health, higher vocational colleges are playing an increasingly important role in the transportation of optometry talents. Through questionnaire survey, we collected feedback results from students, graduates and employers on teaching content, self-ability improvement, employment willingness and other aspects under different training modes. This paper compared the similarities and differences between the "1+1+1" and "2+1" training models on students, and preliminarily analyzed the factors affecting the satisfaction of the training mode. Based on the survey results and past teaching experience, this paper put forward the methods and ideas for optimizing the training mode, hoped to provide a reference for the improvement of higher vocational optometry education.
