Abstract Get PDF(in Chinese)

An array-typed,sealed-off mini-TEA CO2 laser is reported. This device can not only deliver multi-beams parallelly, but also various CO2 laser outputs with high quality by using optical systems combinations, there by it has wide potential applications in many scientific and technical fields.
