Change of Speckle Patterns with Different Incidence Directions of the Illumination Light
With the change of the incidence angle of the illuminating light, the speckle pattern on the observation plane is changed. In this paper, the influence of the incidence angle on the free space Fraunhofer speckle and the image speckle is analysed in detail.
