1.315 μm emission spectrum is observed by exciting C2H2F3I with microwave and main dynamic process is analyzed. Under the gas pressures of 50 Pa, 60 Pa, and 160 Pa emission spectra of 1.315 μm have been observed. This result demonstrates that C2H2F3I excited by microwave can generate iodine emission at 1.315 μm. The gain of 1.315 μm emission also has been measured by means of amplification spontaneous emission and the small signal gain coefficient of 1.02%cm-1 has been obtained by adding buffer gas of He at total pressure of 150 Pa and microwave power of 400 W.
