Temperature is a key parameter in regional environmental monitoring, and its data quality directly affects the reliability of environmental monitoring results. However, since regional environmental monitoring stations are often deployed in harsh outdoor environments, temperature sensors are easily affected by the environment, leading to data anomalies or malfunctions. To ensure the stability and accuracy of monitoring data, periodic metrological calibration and maintenance of temperature sensors are necessary. Based on distributed communication technology and the 1-Wire Bus Protocol,a large-scale multi-level temperature point calibration system suitable for DS18B20 series temperature sensors has been developed. This system supports real-time data acquisition and local module display, and features remote data feedback capabilities for error analysis and batch processing. Experimental results demonstrate that the system offers strong scalability, high calibration efficiency, and low cost, which can effectively improve the temperature data quality and operation efficiency of regional environmental monitoring stations.
