    A static and dynamic performance testing system of fast steering mirror (FSM) is constructed. The composition of the system and testing methods are introduced. And the parts of the system are described. The sources of system errors are analyzed quantitatively. The influence of system errors can be eliminated through system design. The disturber FSM as an important part of the system is designed in detail. The layout methods of sensors and motors of the system are discussed to optimize structure design in order to make a more compact structure. The nonlinear error correction method is given to improve the control accuracy. The results show that the system can make the static and dynamic performances tests of the FSM within 70 Hz bandwidth.

    The different phenomenon of interline transfer (IT) CCD crosstalk effect induced by intense light is observed with different CCD and laser parameters. Experimental results show that CCD crosstalk is related with incident light wavelength, the crosstalk line gray-scale value distribution in any column is in proportion to light intensity in corresponding column, the sum of the crosstalk line gray-scale value N in any line is in proportion to light intensity directly. The crosstalk line gray-scale value is in proportion to IT time in any line, and the sum of the crosstalk line gray-scale value N has no relation to the light spot in focal-plane and CCD integrated time. And the mathematic expression describing CCD crosstalk features is given.

    Using linear charge-coupled device (CCD) with turntable is a common way to achieve circumferential image acquisition, which has the advantages of large range of scanning and high resolution, but with the shortcoming of low refresh rate. It can effectively increase the refresh rate by double linear CCD simultaneously scanning mode, but it requires a higher image consistency. The element to effect image consistency of the double linear CCD includes imaging heterogeneity, the registration degree of image field and image grey matching. An on line correction method to match the image grey of the double linear CCD is proposed to solve the problem of aperture adjustment at real time of the double linear CCD on the turntable. And the feasibility of the method is verified by experiments, which can be popularized in project engineering.

    In order to detect spectral characteristics, there is a need of designing multispectral bands optics. According to design requirements, the multispectral camera based on acousto-optic tunable filter (AOTF) gating crystal is designed. The zooming design is adopted so as to adapt the resolution requirements at different situations. During the design process, the segmented design is adopted, while the exit pupil and the entrance pupil of the system are matched optimally. The chromatic aberration is corrected and the zooming curve is plotted. All the above provides the basis for the zoom braking project of the future system.

    Liquid crystal spatial light modulator (SLM) is an effective method to improve spatial beam quality. A shaped iterative algorithm of spatial light intensity is proposed. The spatial non-uniform of the back-stage laser system with 50 m transmission distance is compensated in the complex high-power solid-state laser system by using a small-aperture liquid crystal SLM of the front stage. Experimental results show that nearfield beam quality can be improved by using SLM. After spatial beam shaping, the output nearfield modulation is 1.26:1, the fluence contrast value is 5.1%, the soft-edge factor is 8.1% and the nearfield similarity to the target beam is 99.83%.

    The electric conductivity of air plasma channel induced by femtosecond laser is researched. Based on this mechanism, an experimental method of the plasma channel for long life and long distance is proposed. The research results show that long life and long distance conductive channel can be obtained from air plasma induced by femtosecond laser sequences, which paves theoretical and technological basis for developing of the plasma channel discharging technology induced by femtosecond laser.

    In recent years, with the development of liquid crystal display (LCD) technology, the multi-primary colors LCD technology is the major trend in the future. The disadvantages of the three primary colors LCD and the solutions of multi-primary colors are increasingly mentioned, and the displays of four primary colors LCD have come to the market. Five primary colors display technology has been proposed, but less about research and literature of it. Adding cyan primary color of 505 nm and yellow primary color of 580 nm based on original three primary colors such as red, green and blue (RGB) can make five primary colors LCD and LCD color gamut is enlarged. Multi-primary colors display will be the trend of future display industry. A spectrophotometer is used to test the electro-optical characteristics of positive TN-LCD five primary colors under different driving voltage to analyze the threshold characteristics of five primary colors, which provides references for the choosing of the driving parameters of multi-primary colors LCD display technology.

    According to the problem of three dimensional shape reconstruction of strongly reflected metal surface, based on the traditional light illuminance bidirectional reflectance distribution function (BRDF) model, the Cook-Torrance reflection model is researched in detail. And the phase shift characteristics of the metal surface are analyzed with Fresnel formula. Taking the complex refractive index of some common metal in visible light region as an example, the specular reflectivity and phase shift characteristic curves of common metal at different wavelength are obtained through model simulation, which provides theoretical basis and methodological guidance for 3D shape reconstruction measurement application of the metal surface object.

    Infrared and low-light-level (LLL) images have respective features. Hot targets can be displayed on infrared images. Infrared images are less influenced by actual lighting conditions and bad weathers but have a low contrast. In addition, infrared images are weak in reflecting the details of the targets. The imaging effect of infrared images does not comply with the visual habit of human eyes. LLL images have the features of high definition, rich image slice and compliance with the visual habit of human eyes. However LLL images are greatly disturbed by lighting conditions and weathers. By integrating with respective advantages, the fusion of LLL and infrared images helps to promote the detection and reconnaissance capacities of electro-optical systems. Such fusion is divided into image registration and fusion. The image registration based on calibrated image is adopted to ensure an accurate image registration. The main component analysis method is used for image fusion. After fusion, the details of the images can be displayed more completely and vividly.

    The infrared measurement sensor has the characteristics of wide sensing range and narrow effective information scope, resulting in the problems that the conventional gray-scale transformation method may lose effective target information, the low image contrast ratio and poor image quality. According to these problems, an infrared sequence measurement image gray scale transformation method using inverse histogram theory based on gray scale distribution characteristics and processing requirements is proposed. According to the trend of target gray scale, the gray scale scope of the target is expanded, the gray level of the background and the noise is compressed, and the better visual effect is achieved. Experimental results show that the method can preserve complete image background information and the images without distortion, while enhancing the details of the target image.

    The traditional laser line scanning method cannot acquire the color information of underwater targets. A red green blue (RGB) laser scanning method is proposed to design a 3D scanning system for underwater targets. RGB three primary colors laser combined into a beam of white light source, after calibrated by the calibration board, the underwater targets are scanned. The CCD camera is used to collect the color information of the targets, and the 3D reconstruction of the underwater targets is realized and the color information of the targets is obtained through computer algorithm. Reconstruction results show that the color reproduction of underwater targets is real and accurate. The method has the advantages of small computation, fast scanning speed and high efficiency. The 3D color information of underwater targets is acquired and reconstructed in real time.

    Direct digital synthesis (DDS) is a digital synthesis technology that converts a series of digital signals to analog signals via digital to analog (D/A) converters. DDS function signal designing system consists of a phase accumulator, a waveform memory, a D/A converter and a low-pass filter. The design of phase accumulation and waveform memory is implemented by field-programmable gate array (FPGA), digital sequence is output, and the analog signals are generated via D /A converters and low-pass filtering. Using the oscilloscope to verify the waveform, the 5 KHz maximum waveform frequency of the single-chip circuit is enhanced to 20 KHz and the signal accuracy is improved. The scheme is verified by experiments and can be widely used in programmable systems.

    Passive electrostatic detection system can capture target information by detecting the electrostatic field around air moving targets. It has the advantages of simple construction, good concealment, high anti-interference and anti-stealth ability. The target information is obtained by the electrostatic field detecting system based on electrostatic field detecting theory through detecting the electrostatic field around air moving targets. And approximately calculation of the azimuth of air targets is performed by electrostatic detection equipment array. The electrostatic signal characteristic analysis of the air moving targets is performed to determine electrostatic detection method and the principle design of the signal detection circuit is confirmed. And the detection effect of the electrostatic detector is validated through calculation simulation.

    The parameter setting of frequency converter is very important in the debugging process, especially the power grade parameter of the frequency converter is more important. If the power parameter is not set properly, it is possible to cause damage to the equipment. The traditional power parameters are set manually, the probability of error is higher. A new kind of automatic identification circuit for power converter is introduced, which uses 555 timer to generate the square wave with different frequency through the configuration of different resistance and capacitance. Each power level corresponds to a particular square wave frequency, micro control unit (MCU) through the detection of square wave frequency to automatically identify the power of the drive plate.

    The concept and types of redundant control are described. Based on the principle of redundancy control, the design method of redundant system for airborne electronic equipments is put forward, including the design methods of hardware redundancy and software redundancy, and the principles of hardware redundancy and software redundancy are described respectively in detail. And the reliability of the electronic equipment adopting redundant design is analyzed. The results show that the design method of the redundant system can significantly improve the mission reliability of the electronic equipment, and can be applied to the airborne electronic equipment, which can meet operational reliability requirements of the airborne electronic equipment.

    A bearing assembling method is proposed based on analysis calculation of bearing assembling method, pre-tightening amount, pre-tightening load, lubrication and sealing. The shafting structure precision of the precise opto-electronic turntable is discussed. The unique shafting assembling method is used in prototype assembling, and the bearing pre-tightening amount is converted into the regulation of the end-cover thickness. Not only the pre-tightening problem during shafting assembling is resolved but also the shafting precision is guaranteed. Assembling and debugging experiments show that the assembling method can guarantee the best pre-tightening effect and provides basis for the turntable stable running and high precision tracking, which has better actual guidance.

    Threat evaluation to the variety of battlefield situation is one of the key factors in combat decision-making. Combining with the features of actual anti-aircraft combat, analyzing the correlative factors of threat evaluation, a new algorithm of target threat evaluation based on fuzzy judgment rule is given. According to the features of threat targets, different fuzzy relative membership functions are constructed and correlative specifications are quantified. Using fuzzy judgment rule, the model of target threat evaluation is built. A set of example consisting of four targets threat evaluations is given, and the unique threat sequence is calculated as threat assessment basis. The result indicates that the algorithm is effective and feasible.
