For the disadvantages of high error of time measure, low precision of range-finding and small range in the laser range-finding system, a high precision and long range laser range-finding system based on delay line interpolation method is designed. The operation principle of the system is analyzed. The hardware and software algorithm designs of the system are introduced. The high precision time measure unit of the system is introduced. And a high precision and long range laser rang-finding system is developed. Experimental results show that the system is feasible, stable and reliable and has a greater prospect.

    The dynamic equation of the homogeneously broadened laser is modified. The dynamic equation of the modified homogeneously broadened laser is obtained by considering the effect of the spatial evolution of the optical field. The evolution with the parameter of the maximum Lyapunov exponent of the system is calculated. And the parameter region of the Lyapunov exponent greater than zero is found. In this region, the system shows rich spatiotemporal chaos behaviors.

    Due to the extremely weak underwater vibration characteristics, with the water surface information detected through laser coherence method, it is a hard work to obtain the underwater vibration characteristics from the water surface information by using traditional spectral analysis. Therefore, on the basis of the traditional spectrum analysis, the underwater vibration characteristics obtained from water surface information can be enhanced effectively with short-time Fourier transform (STFT) and wavelet multi-scale transform. Through analyzing the vibration experiment of a vibration source with 1 000 Hz placed underwater 80 cm, the results show that the underwater vibration characteristics are enhanced, which is useful to extract the target characteristics.

    In view of the problem of frame synchronization in atmospheric laser communication and based on channel characteristics and central limit theorem, two kinds of frame synchronization recognition algorithms are proposed. At first, the atmospheric laser communication channel characteristics are analyzed and the corresponding channel model is established. And then, followed by this model, the data distribution of the output level matrix for each column is discussed, and the frame synchronization algorithm based on the channel characteristics is proposed. At end, aiming at less numbers of matrix frames of the output level, from the probability distribution of the sum value of the output level matrix, the frame synchronization algorithm based on the central limit theorem is proposed. The simulation results show that the performance of the frame synchronization algorithm based on channel characteristics is great on the condition of more number of frames. When SNR reaches 6 dB, the frame synchronous recognition rate can reach 100%, and when the frame number getting small, the frame synchronous recognition rate decreases rapidly. But the number of frames has little effect on the performance of the frame synchronization algorithm based on the central limit theorem. When the SNR is more than 7 dB, even if the number of frames drops to 20, the frame synchronous recognition rate can still reach 100%, which has better frame synchronous performance.

    According to the deficiency of temperature distribution in tanks, a distributed optical fiber temperature measurement and early-warning system based on optical frequency domain reflectometer (OFDR) principle is introduced. The system is consisted of temperature measurement optical fiber, optical fiber temperature measurement main equipment and fire alarm main equipment. The scheme of optical fiber temperature measurement and early-warning based on tanks is designed, and main works for system implementation is described. The system has a good reliability and performance index, which can provide detailed space temperature distribution information and helps a lot in fire prevention and extinguishing.

    The preparation method, morphologies, composition and characterization of CdxZn1-xSe quantum dots are introduced, and the nonlinear optical properties are researched. Research results show that the CdxZn1-xSe quantum dots exhibit self defocusing property and have good nonlinear optical performance, particularly, their nonlinear optical parameters can be adjusted by controlling their chemical compositions. Thus, CdxZn1-xSe quantum dots have potential applications in the fields such as laser protection and photoelectric switches.

    The various states changing with voltage of the luminous flux and efficiency at initial and steady states of a 3.5 W and 6500 K AC LED light source are mainly researched under different voltages. Researches show that the current, luminous flux and power of AC LED light source at initial and steady states all rise with the voltage rising from 205 V to 235 V. And the current and the luminous flux at initial state increase to 79.3% and 75.3% respectively. The current and luminous flux at steady state increase to 80.28% and 45.93% respectively. However, the luminous efficiency at initial state and steady state drops along with voltage rising, the luminous efficiency of initial state and steady state drop to 18.67% and 33.22% respectively. After the lights up, the highest temperature of AC LED light source at steady state rises along with the voltage rising, and the highest temperature rises to 91.80%. Results show that the photoelectric performances of AC LED light source are directly affected by the changing voltage.

    For the advantages of correcting aberration and simplifying optical system, aspheric parts are widely used in modern optical instruments, and one of the most widely used aspheric part is two axisymmetric aspheric surface. The method of grinding and trimming for processing two axisymmetric aspheric surfaces is researched, which is the method of grinding and trimming aspheric surfaces based on recent spherical surface. From the aspheric equation, the recent spherical surface and the deviations of the zones are obtained to determine the processing scheme. And the required aspheric process is obtained using appropriate trimming tools.

    For the reconnaissance problem of the spatial information’s low utilizatio in hyper-spectral sensing, a novel anomaly detection algorithm based on spectral domain-spatial joint characteristics is proposed. At first, each neighborhood pixel is given weights through the cosine of the spectral gradient angle and the spatial feature is gotten by adding the weighted neighborhood pixels together. The spectral domain-spatial joint characteristic is gotten by adding the weighted spectral feature and the spatial feature together. And then, the hyper-spectral data with the spectral domain-spatial joint characteristics is carried out principal component analysis to extract the main components to carry on anomaly detection. At end, from the binary image and the receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) of the anomaly detection, it can be seen that the proposed algorithm has superiority and it could improve the detection effect.

    Multi-aperture coherent imaging technology can achieve high resolution imaging through sub-aperture coherent synthesizing. One of the key problems is co-phasing errors between sub-apertures. Typical errors include high-order aberrations within each sub-aperture and orientation errors between sub-apertures. The orientation errors include shift and rotation errors. Phase errors are corrected based on the image sharpness optimization. Simulations for three sub-apertures coherent systems are carried out. Results show that sharpness optimization based on stochastic parallel algorithms can correct shift phase errors of intra-apertures and inter-apertures pretty well. However the stochastic parallel algorithms don’t suit for rotational errors of inter-apertures. Through computing the sharpness of synthesized images within a certain rotating angles and searching the extreme value, rotational angle errors of inter-apertures can be well extracted.

    The definition of linear block code is introduced. And the characteristics of hamming weight distribution are analyzed. The distance of hamming weight distribution is defined according to the distance between vectors. The theoretic probability of hamming weight distribution of random sequence is ratiocinated. The method of estimating hamming weight distribution probability of actual sequence is established. The code length and start is estimated by the distance between the hamming weight distribution probabilities of the actual sequence and the theoretic hamming weight distribution probability of random sequence. According to this, the check matrix and generation matrix of system block code are estimated by Gauss Elimination Method. The method of recognizing the code with error code is also considered. The results of simulating experiment to different length code show that this method can recognize code with middle and short code length effectively when BER is 10-3.

    A novel, simple and efficient memory gradient covariance tracking algorithm is proposed, which can optimize the distance function between the covariance target mould and the candidate target to search the best matched target quickly and accurately. In order to overcome the low efficiency of the exhaustive local searching in steepest descent algorithm, the memory gradient algorithm is taken full advantages to avoid converging to local optimal point. To reduce the calculation burden of the similarity metric for high dimensional positive symmetric covariance matrices under Riemannian space, Jensen-Bregman LogDet (JBLD) divergence metric is utilized to measure the similarity of covariance features. Besides that, the JBLD metric contributes to fast computation of the gradient under the framework of the gradient optimization algorithm. In the experiment, multi-scenario video standard testing library and new evaluation indexes are used. The experiment results show that the performance of the algorithm is better than compared algorithms.

    As one of the critical technology of cognitive radio, spectrum sensing detects the surrounding electromagnetic environment in real-time to make sure whether ‘spectrum hole’ exists and primary users’ spectrum. Low earth orbit (LEO) satellite earth station is a kind of typical single user perception nodes, and it has the characteristics of fixed geographical location and spectrum environment. However, with its antenna elevation changing, the received signal SNR is not fixed. The spectrum environment around the earth station needs to be sensed for improving the spectrum utilization efficiency of satellite earth station. According to the characteristics of multi-resolution detection algorithm with fast detection speed and matched filter detection algorithm with high detection probability, a two-step detection algorithm is designed based on the corporation of multi-resolution detection and matched filter detection. Through theoretical analysis and experimental simulation and comparing with energy detection, this method shortens the detection time and improves the accuracy of detection.

    Infrared screen is an important IR camouflage equipment of ground objects. It is usually composed of heat insulation blanket and camouflage net. The physics model of heat transfer of infrared screen is established. Solar and sky radiation, radiation heat transfer, heat conduction and natural convection involved in above model are analyzed. Simulation analysis and calculation is performed to the process by finite element method. And the radiation temperature values of most outside surface of the infrared screen system are figured out. Then the target temperature and the heat insulation blanket and the camouflage net material parameters influencing on the temperature value are investigated. The established model and calculation results can provide references for the analysis of camouflage effect of infrared screen and relative engineering applications.

    By using the electromagnetic wave reflection characteristics of the plasma, the plasma can be used to design the reflector antenna. A metal parabolic cylindrical antenna and a plasma luminescence parabolic cylindrical antenna are designed. The computer simulation technology (CST) software is used to calculate the radiation characteristics and the key parameters influencing on plasma luminescence parabolic cylindrical antenna radiation and scatter characteristics are analyzed. The simulation results show that selecting appropriate plasma column spacing, plasma frequency and collision frequency, the plasma luminescence parabolic cylindrical antenna has the same radiation characteristic as metal parabolic antenna, at the same time, the radar cross-section (RCS) of plasma antenna in operation and without operation are all smaller than that of the metal antenna, especially in plasma without operation, the bistatic RCS reduces to a greater extent than that of the previous related literature design.

    For good features such as high sensitivity, fast response speed, small volume and high damage threshold, the pyroelectric detector as the sensor of the laser energy meter is widely used in laser energy detection. Limited by the manufacture process, the thermal surface sensitivity coefficients of the pyroelectric laser energy meter has spatial non-uniformity problem. When the laser irradiates the different positions of the detector, the results of the laser energy measurement is different. To solve this problem, a pyroelectric laser energy meter spatial uniformity calibration method is designed. Through controlling the light path of the pyroelectric detector, the influence on measured results from spatial uniformity is removed. And the feasibility of the method is verified by the experiments.

    The coupling synchronization of uncertain multi-links network with Jaynes-Cumming model in quantum optics is researched. The synchronization between the network and the target system is realized by one-way coupling, and the updating rules of the uncertain parameter and the coupling coefficient are determined in the process. Arbitrary topology structure is taken to connect, and the synchronization results are analyzed and discussed by the images obtained through numerical simulation.
