    With the development of the modern automotive headlight, the traditional lens headlamp is now gradually being eliminated, because the design is complicated, inefficiency and the impact of the automotive appearance. The freeform reflector becomes the predominant designation. Based on the GB4599-2007 regulation, on this premise of getting the light source properties, a freeform reflector for H7 halogen is designed using RefCAD and LightTools. After analysis of the illumination values for each test point and region, the results show that the illumination distributions meet requirements of GB4599-2007 regulation for dipped headlight. The method can greatly shorten the headlight design cycle and provide a reference for powerful LED used in headlamp design.

    Design of pulse laser detection circuit is very important in the laser applications, according to the characteristics of the pulse laser, the design of the pulse laser detection circuit is studied from three aspects which are the detection capability, response time and stability. Three main parts of the photoelectric detection system are discussed, which are the photoelectric detector, photoelectric conversion circuit and detector bias circuit. The selection of the photoelectric detector, photoelectric conversion characteristics of the circuit with resistance and photoelectric conversion characteristics of the circuit with transconductance amplifier are analyzed, which offers the reference to the design of the laser detection system.

    The multi-layer film screen based on the resistance technology shows the high absorbance of the visible light, which leads to the non-uniform transmittance of each wavelength, as a result, the color is distorted or the image is not clear. The photoelectric performance of the resistive touch screen under the different voltage is tested by using UV-Vis8500 double beam ultraviolet (UV)/ visible spectrophotometer to analyze the transmittance variation of the tricolor. The results indicate that the black resistive touch screen shows the inconsistent transmittance variation with the change of voltage. According to the transmittance variation of the tricolor, the highest difference of the white-black resistive touch screen is 12%, the lowest difference is 0, the highest difference of the color resistive touch screen is 4%, and the lowest difference is 0. These results can provide some basic information for improving display performance of the resistive touch liquid crystal displays (LCD).

    A fiber Bragg grating (FBG) demodulation system based on the edge filter is introduced, it uses several optical components, including broadband light source, isolator, beam splitter, FBG, coupler and edge filter to collect the change light signals. At the same time, a photoelectric detector is designed to complete the photoelectric signal conversion, and NI USB-6361 is adopted for the data acquisition and analog-to-digital conversion. The measured value is obtained by Labview.

    The question which the airborne control equipment faces is described, a new method of the airborne control equipment which is constructed with the system level ASIC technology is proposed. The function of the airborne control equipment is analyzed, and the main system level ASIC technology is also introduced and analyzed. The implement project of the airborne control equipment which is constructed with the SOPC technology based on the FPGA is proposed, the software and the hardware designs are introduced. The developing flow of the SOPC system designed by the Xilinx EDK design tool is described. The system function tests are performed on the control system platforms, the stability and feasibility of the airborne control equipment with the SOPC technology are proved.

    The ultraviolet (UV) laser interaction with semiconductors has a considerable interest in recent years. The applications of UV laser interaction with semiconductors are reviewed, including photon-electron industry, laser machining and laser surface modification. The theory of UV laser interaction with semiconductors is introduced, and the theory model of UV laser ablation on the semiconductor is summarized, including heat conduction model, carrier coupling diffusion model, photochemical model, thermal surface vaporization model, double-temperature model and laser induced surface charging model. The experimental results of damage morphology, ablation threshold and mechanisms of semiconductor damaged by UV laser ablation are summarized. The proposals of possible research and new application field of UV laser interaction with semiconductors are presented.

    Starting with the related theory of laser optics, the intensity distribution in the far-field is calculated by using the method of numerical simulation. Aiming at the square array, regular hexagon array and circular array with different sizes, the combing efficiency in different distances is calculated, analyzed and compared. The results show that the regular hexagonal arrangement has the highest combining efficiency, the square and the circular arrangement has the similar combining efficiency. By increasing the beam numbers, the combining efficiency can be improved. In the case of the large beam number, the effect is not obvious, but the increasing array can reduce the decreasing effciency speed due to the propagation distance.

    The principle of the grating tuning is introduced, the performance of the blazed grating is analyzed and the grating parameters are selected. The system of the grating tuning line selection of TEA CO2 laser is designed, the hardware and software of the tuning line selection output control system are developed. The experiment shows that the system of the grating tuning line selection of TEA CO2 laser can accurately and fast realize the output of the grating line selection.

    Using the current transformers designed by the dual fiber Bragg grating (FBG), the temperature compensation based on the square giant magnetostrictive materials and the current transformer of FBG is realized, the center wavelength drift compensation in FBG caused by and the heat expansion of the square giant magnetostrictive materials is also realized. The measurement accuracy of this optical current transformer is increased.

    The transportation theory in the process of the electrochemical corrosion of the silicon micro channel is described by combing with the semiconductor energy band theory and charge transfer theory. Taking the n-type (100) mono-crystalline silicon wafer as the research object, the experiments are designed to find out that the optimal excitation wavelength of the carrier is 850 nm. The phosphorus ions are implanted into the ohms contact layer with the process preparation, which can produce more photon generated positive holes, the model is built in geometry to simulate the micro channel of the tip architecture for collecting the carrier. The carrier is gathered at the tip, the sidewall is passivated and the channel is grown along the tip. The effect of the different process conditions on transportation characteristics is analyzed.

    The positive hole transport layer is prepared with CuPc, and the dye-sensitized heterojunction so. lar cells (DSH) is prepared with dihy-droindol-D102 (C37H30N2O3S2). For CuPc positive hole with different thickness, the performance of 40 nm, 80 nm and 120 nm cells is researched. When the thickness is 40 nm, sc=248.3 μA/cm2, Voc=0.61V and η=0.042% (80 mW/cm2 xenon lamp test). Comparing with the I3-/I-liquid electro. lyte dye-sensitized TiO2 solar cells, the low efficiency reason of DSH is analyzed.

    The basic knowledge of the fiber Bragg grating (FBG) is introduced, then the working principle, performance and characteristics of several typical demodulation methods are introduced respectively. The diagrams of working principle are given,the advantages and disadvantages of various demodulation methods are discussed. A charge-coupled device (CCD)-based FBG sensing demodulation system is proposed,it uses the reflective imaging system,uses CCD as a detector, and uses the field programmable gate array FPGA to design the drive circuit and signal processing circuit.A wavelength demodulation system which has small size,simple structure, fast demodulation speed, and real-time monitoring capability is realized.These provides the theoretical basis for the practical applications of FBG demodulation techniques and the design of FBG demodulation system.

    The frequency invariant beamforming (FIB) technology can receive the broadband signals from a certain direction without distortion.     According to the choice of fusion rules, a fusion algorithm based on non-subsampled Contourlet transform(NSCT)is proposed for infrared polarization and light intensity image fusion. Firstly, the NSCT is used to perform the multi-scale and multi-direction decomposition of the source images. Then the low frequency sub-band coefficients and high frequency sub-band coefficients of the fused images can be obtained by the fusion rules based on the local energy and regional characteristic of the target. The experimental results show that the local standard deviation increases by 3.42%, the local coarseness increases by 12.7% and the contrast increases by 9.67%, by comparing with the fusion rules of weighted average and maximum absolute value.

    In the measurement of gas concentration by means of the light extinction, two identical rectangular prisms are used to increase the optical path of transmitted light in the gas and the detection sensitivity of the gas cell is improved by making use of total internal reflection of prisms. Focusing of the paraxial light beam by means of convex lens solves the problem that output beam moves in the second measurement. Transmission equation of probing light beam and the sensitivity of the system are proposed in the condition of the paraxial light beam, and simulation analysis is made for the sensitivity. Based on the measurement method of single wavelength, the gas concentration and system error are calculated and analyzed respectively.

    The composition of the typical surface-type infrared decoy is analyzed, and the difference of the composition and spectral properties between the surface-type infrared decoy and the point-type infrared decoy is summarized. The motion property and the modeling method of 3D model for the surface-type infrared decoy are derived and studied. The kinematic simulation of the surface-type infrared decoy is realized by using the software based on VC, the 3D model and dynamic infrared image of the surface-type infrared decoy are generated by using OpenGL technology. The jamming characteristic of the surface-type infrared decoy is verified by the simulation result.

    Combining with the moving target in the field, the smoke pot is used for the efficiency test of the smoke extinction and screening in the field. The smoke extinction model is modified and verified by the data acquisition from the multi-spectra imaging sensor. The obtained experimental data are analyzed and compared with the calculation method of the smoke classical theory, and the experimental principle is obtained and proved to meet the engineering experience value. The measurement data about the visible sensor, mid-wave infrared sensor, long wave imaging sensor and laser power meter are collected during the field test, which provides the basis for the smoke application and the imaging sensor efficiency.

    The refractive index distribution and geometry dimension of the optical waveguide have a great influence on the light waves which transmit in the optical waveguide. So it's difficult to design the optical waveguide devices. If the traditional experiment is used to design the optical waveguide devices, it needs more time and people to finish. Therefore, the simulation software of the optical waveguide devices is designed. This software can achieve CAD graphics interactive editing and output the graphics of the simulation results. The CAD software uses the simulation algorithm based on the finite difference beam propagation method (FD-BPM), which can provide the practical solution and software tool for the optical chip design.

    The extinction principle of the smoke screen is explained, the infrared extinction coefficient is the basic foundation to assess the infrared extinction performance. The three test methods of the infrared extinction coefficient are introduced: the testing methods of Fourier spectrometer, infrared radiometer and thermal imager, and the testing method of infrared extinction coefficient for thermal imager is discussed further. The thermal imager can assess the extinction performance of the smoke screen materials by testing the extinction coefficient of the materials.
