The testing design of a central processing unit (CPU) module is described, which is used to check the function and performance of the module. During design process, at first, the function and performance of the CPU module are analyzed. And then, on this basis, the testing requirements are proposed, and the testing methods are designed. At last, the function and performance of the CPU module are tested and verified through the testing method, which provides design and testing recommendations for designers.
