      操作原因及病人本身原因10经过两次培训及反复练习基本可解决
      光路污染11基本发生在一年后,需要定期保养
      SLD光源及驱动机构7软件校准4次,调整驱动机构输出电压2次,更换SLD光源及驱动机构1次
      光谱仪23机械调整光谱仪光强信号,2次整体更换光谱仪
      其他5主要是操作系统软件故障引起,重新安装后解决
