A Digital Prototype Based Reliability Design and Analysis Method for Electronic Products
A reliability design and analysis method for electronic products was proposed based on the digital prototype.Firstthe common stress damage models of electronic products are analyzed.Based on the theory of physicsoffailureand taking the design information and prospective working condition of the electronic products as the inputswe analyzed the stress properties of the products under the life profile through computer modeling and simulation.Then failure analysis was conducted based on the stress damage modelthus the failure information matrix was obtainedand a reliability design and analysis method was proposed based on digital prototype of the product.The analysis results to an aero electronic product example show that this method can find the vulnerable spots of the reliability designpresent prevention measures for improving the design and eliminating the potential faultsthus can improve the inherent reliability of the electronic product ultimately.
