      资金用途流域产业结构调整和产业布局优化,流域水环境保护和水污染治理,流域生态保护等皖浙两省各新增1亿元主要用于黄山市垃圾和污水处理,特别是农村垃圾和污水处理鼓励和支持通过设立绿色基金、政府和社会资本合作模式、融资贴息等方式,引导社会资本加大流域综合治理和绿色产业投入
