      年龄<60岁、无合并症、既往未接受过清髓治疗、预期预后不佳或复发难治等情况的患者

      非清髓

      Nonmyeloablative conditioning

      年龄>60岁、因基础疾病无法耐受清髓性方案、既往接受过清髓性方案治疗,预期预后良好、治疗前状态较好等情况的患者

      Age>60, cannot tolerate myeloablative regimens due to comorbid conditions, previously received myeloablative regimens, expected poor prognosis, good condition before treatment

      2~8 Gy/1~4次
