      修复规划要点
      限制开发区人工辅助修复区严格控制不符合功能定位的开发建设。辅以人工生态修复工程措施,主要辅助本地群落恢复到规划目标水平
      自然恢复区严格控制并尽量减少人类活动和开发建设。采取自然恢复为主的方针,主要对区域进行持续观测(而不采取其他行动),仅在必要情况下进行局部干预
      禁止开发区重建修复区纳入生态保护红线区,禁止人类开发活动。辅以生态工程措施开展重建性修复,通过正向干预行动去除原有的人工干扰因子(退耕、退渔、停矿、退沙还林)
      适度开发区在严格保护基本生态景观基础上,实行集约型低影响开发模式,合理利用沙地资源
