In this article we analyse the process of resonant multiphoton from the view point of full quantization theory. Using the interaction representation and Laplace Transform, a group of linear Algebra equations and then the analytic repesentation of its charateristic determinant are obtained. The analytic solution of multiphoton transition probability is at last obtained, and it is much simpler than other previous methods.

Based on the electron distribution function we derived approximately the analytic formula of the small signal gain along the gas flow, the dependence of the small signal gain on the downstream position gas velocity, mixture pressure, downstream length of the electrodes and the discharge current. The theory coincides essentially with the experiment.

KNd0.9Ln0.1P4O12 crystals (Ln=La, Ce, Pr, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tim, Yb, Lu or Y) have been grown by evaporation solution methed. Their X-ray diffraction patterns, infrared, absorption, fluorescent spectra and fluorescent lifetime have been measured. The effects of Ln3+ on KNdP4O12 have been observed.

Thermal distortion of phosphate and silicate glasses induced by single pulsed xenon-flash lamp in different condensers are investigated. Our experiments show that in addition to the thermo-optie coefficients P and Q, the configuration of the condenser and the optical absorption of the glass are significant factors which may influence thermal distortion.

Talbot effect in an infrared laser field was studied experimentally. A new method of directly calibrating pyroeleetric target in the infrared vidicon system by this effect is suggested.

The structure and the experimental results of a remote controlled pulsed laser Doppler velocimeter is described. Using dye for Q-switching, a ruby laser pumped with double puke discharge was used as the light source and an etalon as the spectral analyzer. This system has been used to measure the temporal velocity of the cooperated object in the range of several kilometers per second.

This paper describes an automatic laser alignment system and an automatic leveling system for six-freedom workpiece setting. Also discussed are the static accuracy of the system, the stability as a computer is used for analysis and the contradiction between the stability and static accuracy.

In this paper we describe an experimental set-up in which a simple scanning photodiode array is used for display and the autocorrelation trace is shown on a conventional oscilloscope. The pulses come from a passively mode-locked Nd glass laser at 1.06um. After expanding and splitting, laser beams produce the noncollinear second harmonic (NSHG) in a LiIO3 crystal. According to the dependence of the duration of the fundamental frequency beam on the half width of the NSHG spatial intensity distribution in our ease, it has been measured that the average duration of the pulse train is (19+2) ps, a sharp peak of 0.4ps being superimposed on a broad background. This setup is of low cost and pratical. Some calculations dealing with the design and operation are given.

High transmissivity at 1.06μm and high reflectivity at 0.53μm are obtained by coating a supplementary layer on the A/4 stack. The primary results are T>99.3% at 1.06um and B>99.6% at 0.53μm.

Silane was deposited into silicon films on the substrates by first preheating the quartz substrates with laser, and then admitting the hybrid of silane gas and H3 gas into the reaction chamber. The thickness of the film center was found to be 2um with an area of 10.5 mm2.

This paper reports the combining treatment of 6 cases of advanced stage liver carcinoma with CO2 laser. The CO2 laser has been used in all of the cases to evaporate the section, earcinous tuber and the other metastatic mass of the carcinoma. A part of the liver has been cut off in three cases. None of them died on the operating table and a short time after the operation. A patient who has been followed up for ten months is still alive yet.
