In the future war, the weapon's platforms of antagonist will be developed with higher maneuverability and stealthy ability. Because many weapon systems, such as aircraft carrier battle group, ballistic missile, cruise missile, long-range fighter-bomber, etc., are various kinds of moving targets. The detection and recognition of the moving target on the space-borne satellite system are urgent issues. In this paper, the related key techniques are discussed, a new method for detecting ballistic missile is proposed, and the simulation results are also presented

    The pre-detection algorithm, with the ability of parallel computation, can improve the efficiency of small target detection. Infrared ship detection with an attention mechanism focuses the limited computation resources on the interested region, though its computation task should be rightly divided to adapt the pipeline structure and parallel structure. Based on two start points: the balance between communication cost and parallel computation and the efficiency of utilizing the system resources, analysis has been made on the speedup performance of the algorithm, which provides a theoretical guidelines of the real-time realization of the algorithm.

    When the infrared radiation of aerial object transmits through the air, it can be absorbed or scattered by the air and the aerosol in it. So the infrared radiation energy is extincted. The quantity of extinction can be described by the extinction coefficient. Extinction coefficient differs according to different wavelengths. If the weather condition of the atmosphere changes a little in short time, we can consider that the extinction coefficient has no change. Infrared detector can detect infrared radiation of different wave bands and the location of the aerial object is determined by some signal processing method. In the paper, the formula which makes use of extinction coefficient to locate the aerial object is derived and some examples are also illustrated.

    Augmented reality is the merging of synthetic sensory information into user's perception of a real environment. One of the most important tasks for every augmented reality application is to merge the virtual scene and real scene correctly and make it be an organic whole. Based on the analysis of 2D planar augmented reality application, the application of image analysis technology in virtual-real registration is investigated. A numerical background expression method is put forward to facilitate the feature point extraction in the virtual-real registration process.

    In this paper, an aim point definition of warship is presented: the cross position of engine cabin and waterline. Then a fast algorithm to select the aim point of warship is developed. Experimental results show that the definition can be applied to many types of warships for various purposes, and the algorithm is fast, effective and robust.

    Because of the difference of the grey value and the distortion between the object image and the reference image, traditional matching method will be degraded, and more useful characters are needed. In this paper, a new image matching method based on a novel distance measurement is proposed. Firstly it defines a novel similarity measurement from the thought of the Hausdorff distance measurement. It counts not only the distance of the grey level of the two images, but also the number of the similar points in the two images. Then the measurement method is applied in the image matching. The experimental results show that this image matching method could bear much image distortion and it is very promising.

    Image matching is widely used in the guidance of aircraft. It is a key problem to improve the matching probability. The real time image is so small that the matching probability is lower if you use the traditional matching way. To improve the matching probability, a new matching algorithm based on serial images and normalized cross correlation is proposed. The serial real time images are taken when the aircraft crosses the matching area. The result is obtained from the matching results of each image based on given rules. Experiment shows the algorithm not only upgrades the matching probability efficiently but also has right smart practicability.

    In this paper, a method for extracting ridge in fingerprint images is proposed, then an intelligent Sobel-based algorithm for filtering fingerprint images in arbitrary direction at a filtering template at required direction is given, which can obtain satisfactory results for different quality grades of fingerprints. Experiments show that this method can estimate the direction of ridges of fingerprint in an image more exactly than most of existing methods based on discrete direction, and it is robust against those noisy fingerprints.

    In this paper, the one-shot recognition principles and detecting principles of the near field image detecting of aerial targets are illustrated. Based on the capability requirments of the system, the partial image of the targets must be identified and processed simultaneously during the generation of the image. Firstly, the primary characteristics of moving targets' one shot partial images, pixels link bonds, matrix expression and the invariable principle are illustrated. Then, based on the recognition rule, the two value image pattern identifying method of one shot partial target's image on the basis of ANN is introduced. So the automatic identifying and anti-jamming capability of near field image detecting device is highly improved. Furthermore, the simulating results and the block diagrams of ANN two value image pattern recognition system are presented.

    In this paper, a new approach for tracking rigid objects is presented. It builds on and extends on SVD method and Robust estimation techniques. Because of the presence of the difference of the gray value and the distortion between the object image and the reference image, traditional matching method will be degraded. We need more useful characters. Eigenspace approach is a promising candidate for an appearance-based object representation. In this paper, the tested object images are decomposed first, the eigen spaces of the images are obtained, then they are applied as the characters of the object images in the matching process. Another point in this paper is the distance measurement. We think that the least-squares method has a number of problems, so a robust estimation is adopted to make the similarity measurement. These techniques are used to track objects over long image sequences, the experimental results show that this image matching method could bear affine image motion and image distortion to some extent and it is very promising.

    Usually a digital control system has higher response precision than a simulative one: in the meantime with the development of the digital angle sensor, a computer control system becomes easy to be used. But the real-time application is limited by the operation speed of the computer, especially for a multi-loops system controlled by one CPU. In this paper, a digitized servo system design for tracing table based on DSP TMS 320×240 is presented. It fully utilizes the wealthy peripherals and high-speed calculation function of DSP, makes the system structure simple, and uses the method of human simulating intelligent control. Experimental results show that the system has a compact structure and good dynamic and static characteristics.

    In recent years, much of the research emphasis in data fusion has shifted to the "higher" levels including Sensor Management;, Situation Assessment and Threat Assessment which rely even more heavily on contingent or rule-based evidence than the lower level. Conditional Event Algebra (CEA) seeks to bring conditionality and contingency under the umbrella of standard probability theory. The basic ideas of Conditional Event Algebra are introduced, in which conditional events are defined as events in the infinite product of the original probability space. As an example, partial firing of rules in experts system is realized by using modus ponens modified by CEA.

    Based on the generalized Huygens-Fresnel diffraction integral, the basic and transformation properties of flattened Gaussian beams are studied in an unified way, where the flattened Gaussian beam is regarded as a whole beam. The analytical propagation equations of flattened Gaussian beams through a paraxial ABCD optical system with linear gain (absorption), unapertured and apertured ABCD systems are derived. The similar transformation of flattened Gaussian beam and correspondency between flattened Gaussian beams and super-Gaussian beams are analyzed. The results provide a useful simulation model for high-power lasers.

    Front view distance image is achieved through the scanning of laser radar. From the distance image, the information of obstacles can be achieved, which is a basis of terrain follow and terrain avoiding (TF/TA) of the aircraft on the inertia navigation system (INS). According to the theory of laser radar imaging, the front view imaging formula of laser radar is deduced, and the algorithm which identifies barrier from the 3D distance image is presented. In the end, the image of 3D distance is achieved by the simulation on the 3D terrain map, and the experiment of obstacles detection is completed with the 3D distance image.

    In this paper, YAG Lidar Technology applied in atmosphere environment monitoring at home or abroad and its developing trends in this field are disscussed.     In order to measure the warhead profile and achieve high precision, rotary triangulation based on classical triangulation is described, which introduces spherical coordinate system and converts large measurement range to small measurement range. The measurement application programm by Visual Basic is presented. Three dimensional warhead profile and section plane are given according to experiment data. The results indicate that the experiment data from rotary triangulation accords with the theory analysis. This method reduces measurement range by several times, and achieves the measurement of warhead profile with great measurement range, and enhances the measurement accuracy. Rotary triangulation is one of the recommendation methods to measure objects that are similar to sphere.

    For meeting the needs of testing, a solution for performance parameter test of laser beam riding guider is proposed in this paper. Each part in this solution is discussed respectively. The facilities used in the solution can test the order characteristic curve, illumination distribution of laser spot, the optical axial parallel error and the time of continuous changing of focal length. Analyse and experiment show that this solution can meet the needs of the test.

    Traditional match filter receiver suffers from multiple access interference and near-far effect in CDMA systems. Previous multi-user detection schemes proposed to mitigate the near-far problem and the multiple access interference are too complex to be implemented, as the cancellation schemes are all needed to reconstruct interfering users' signals. In this paper, an interference cancellation detector is proposed, which don't need to reconstruct each user's signal and cancel interference on symbol-level. It can effectively eliminate the amount of operation, improve the signal-to-noise ratio and accelerate processing as well. Numerical results are provided to show that this scheme offers significant performance compared with the match filter receiver.
