    In the future, the environment of naval warfare is changing rapidly, and the need for long-range precision strike capability outside the defense zone is becoming more and more urgent. If realizing no controlling after launch, intelligent anti-ship missile is needed to be developed. The foreign development situation and characteristics of intelligent anti-ship missiles are summarized, the abilities of the missiles are analyzed. And the development of intelligent seeker, intelligent killing, intelligent decision-making, intelligent penetration, multi-sensor information fusion, micro electro mechanical, date link and intelligent missiles collaborative technology are researched, which is provided enlightenment for anti-ship missile development.

    For countering dual-color guided weapons and improving the spectral matching characteristics with targets of decoys, the improving researches based on Magnesium/Teflon/Viton (MTV) infrared decoy are carried out and new spectral decoys have been developed at home and abroad. The dual-color guided weapons of foreign countries are introduced. Technical systems at home and abroad for spectral decoys are analyzed, which provide references for spectral decoy countermeasure development.

    Multi-camera measurement system has advantages in measuring curved surface structures and improving the measurement accuracy, which is widely applied in many fields. The application field, portable degree and measurement cost are determined by the distribution form of cameras in the system. The distribution forms of cameras in multi-camera systems under different calibration methods are researched. The relationship between the number of cameras and the measurement field of view (FoV) in three different distribution forms is derived. Both advantages and disadvantages of different forms are analyzed and compared. The results show that the cost of the multi-camera measurement system based on close-range photography calibration method is lower. Moreover, the overlapped area of FoV between stereo vision sub-system is no longer necessary, which makes the installation and arrangement of the multi-camera system more flexible.

    In order to solve the phenomenon of Stokes duration broadening in the process of stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS) compression, a new interferometric scheme is proposed. For interferometric scheme, the medium density modulation excited by a fixed standing-wave instant of acoustic noise, which fixes generation position of Stokes and solves the problem fundamentally. It is shown theoretically and confirmed experimentally that interferometric scheme can suppress the broadening effectively and obtain sub-phonon lifetime compression.

    Quartz crystal is the only time scale for laser ranging. Its stability directly affects the accuracy of ranging results. The Moisture content in quartz crystal has a great influence on the performance of crystal. The influence of different internal water vapor content on the performance of crystal devices at different temperatures is analyzed. The results show that the higher is the moisture content, the closer is the temperature to the limit, which influences on the quartz crystal seriously. Five cyclic processes are proposed such as removing moisture from the quartz crystal after baking for 0.5 hours in the baker with 125 ℃±5 ℃ before packaging, vacuuming repeatedly and refilling pure nitrogen. And the moisture content can be controlled below 2 000 ppm, and the purpose of reducing the water vapor content in the quartz crystal is achieved.

    According to the problem of infrared hyperspectral data identification and the characteristics of target spectrum, hyperspectral data are analyzed and processed through three steps, first to noise estimation by homogeneous area method, second to data dimension reduction and feature extraction by principal component analysis (PCA) and linear discriminant analysis (LDA) algorithms and third to data classification by spectral minimum distance matching algorithm. The characteristics of PCA, independent component analysis (ICA) and LDA algorithms are compared and analyzed to realize infrared spectrum identification of different targets. Compared results show that LDA algorithm has better effect on spectral data characteristic separation comparing with that of PCA and ICA algorithms.

    Aiming at the problem of speech distortion caused by channel difference, based on the methods of probability statistics and image comparison, the auditory and acoustic analysis of the audio recorded by several recording tools in the laboratory environment are carried out. By extracting the characteristic maps and data of different speakers in different channels, the influence of channel differences on the essential and non-essential differences of speech is discussed. The results show that the channel difference will lead to some non-essential differences between the recorded speech signals. Even if the same kind of channel, when there are differences between recording equipments, the same will lead to differences.

    The variation of the acoustic characteristics of gas voice is analyzed and researched. The fundamental frequency, intensity, formant and spectrogram of the gas voice and normal voice are extracted, and the differences between the two states are analyzed. At the same time, the differences of acoustic characteristics are compared and analyzed according to the similarity of auditory characteristics between the modified fundamental speech and the gas modified speech. The results show that the characteristic parameters of gas voice change in different degrees and the difference between different individuals is greater than their own differences. The formant values of different speakers are similar, so they do not have individual differences, and cannot be used as the basis of speaker identification.

    Genetic algorithm and maximum entropy method are used to process millimeter wave (MMW) radiation images. The weakness of slow operation speed of the maximum entropy method is improved and dual-threshold segmentation of MMW images is realized. Experimental results show that the improved maximum entropy method has better effect at improving solving the optimal threshold speed and performing simultaneous multi-targets extraction for low resolution MMW images.

    Aiming at the driving circuit design of a small brushless direct current (DC) motor, at first, the working principle of brushless DC motor is analyzed. And then, the parameter confirmation of the related device of brushless DC motor pulse width modulation (PWM) control based on digital signal processor (DSP) is discussed. At last, the drive control circuit is developed. Through the voltage regulation and frequency modulation (FM) test of the circuit, the validity and feasibility of the scheme is verified.

    In order to achieve the purpose of two-dimensional correction, a hardware system with digital signal processor as the main controller is designed. The main controller is selected as digital signal processor (DSP) in the design, the model is TMS320F28335, and it is used with photoelectric code disk and full bridge control. The research background and development status of the correction system are introduced. Through the actual correction requirements and system structure, the main control chip, motor control, encoder and other functional modules in the control system are introduced respectively, and the motor control scheme is designed to realize the miniaturization of the control system circuit, which can satisfy the requirements of small size, low cost and low power consumption.

    According to similarity principle, the dynamic characteristic simulation requirements of laser indication target in hardware-in-the-loop simulation of laser-guided weapon are analyzed. The continuous various of laser facular energy realized by polarization method is proposed. The continuous various technology scheme is realized by a telescopic optical system. Testing results show that the dynamic range of the facular energy is more than 104 times, dynamic error is less than 5%, the dynamic range of facular size is not less than 20 times and dynamic error is less than 10%, which can meet the requirements of hardware-in-the-loop simulation of laser-guided weapons.

    Pointing accuracy is an important index of the observation equipment, the quality of pointing accuracy directly affects the fast acquisition and tracking of the target. In this paper, the axis error model of observation equipment is established, and the star calibration method is used to correct the axis error, so that the pointing accuracy is improved.

    The basic contents of electromagnetic compatibility, interference and shielding are introduced briefly. The shielding effectiveness of the chassis cover and the calculation method of shielding effectiveness of the chassis connection gap are discussed. The main factors influencing the shielding effectiveness of the chassis are analyzed. The main measures to improve the shielding effectiveness of the chassis are proposed. Based on an analysis of a control chassis, the reliability of the measures improving the shielding effectiveness of the chassis gap is verified. In the design of electromagnetic shielding, it is necessary to comprehensively consider the various influencing factors which can influence the electromagnetic shielding, so a better shielding effect can be achieved.

    Taking the automatic winding machine for thermal battery stack as the research object, according to the actual technological requirements of winding, the winding machine for thermal battery stack is designed and the static and dynamic analysis of the winding machine is carried out. The three-dimensional model of the machine is built, and the finite element model of the winding machine is established. The strength of the upper spindle and the lower floor is analyzed in workbench, and the maximum stress and strain of the spindle when clamping the stack and satisfying certain pressure are obtained. The dynamic analysis of the sliding platform is carried out, and the relationship curves of velocity and acceleration of the sliding platform are obtained. The weaknesses of the structure are analyzed to further optimize and improve. Under the same stress, the stress and strain values of the improved structure are obviously reduced, which can meet the working requirements. The above design analysis provides a theoretical basis for the design of thermal battery assembly machine.
