    The caliber,focus and other parameter sometimes are ascertaining in the engineering designing of the Electro-Optical system.The method improving the day detecting ability of the system was researched under the restricting situation,Spectrum filtering technology,Bin code and CCD gain can improve the detecting ability of the system,and based on the SNR theory,the limit detecting ability model was established under the three technologies.At last,the models were simulated under the MATLAB soft by selecting proper parameters,the simulation results indicate that the500mm caliber Electro-Optical system detecting ability can improve 2.5 magnitude via adopting the three technologies when the sky background brightness is 10 W·m-2·Sr-1.

    The CCD component parameter measurement system is implemented with the PIC to obtain high-speed digital image data acquisition card and to show test images.All parameters comprehensive testing methods and principles were analyzed,the optimized structure design ensures that a device would test the frame rate,the value of the amplitude of saturated output,mean square root noise and other performance parameters.The error analysis has been made on the multiple test results by using a statistical method.Tests show that the test system has the following advantages:the test process is quick automatic and the tested data is accurate and stable.

    Through analyzing the principles of Hu variant moment and affine variant moment,it has been known that the character of invariant moment would be unchanged when the image is moving,flexing or turning.Combining this principle,and based on a great deal of field experimental data,the characteristics of ship infrared image were analyzed.Then the turning ship has been recognizably studied according to Hu and affine invariant moments.From the quantity of data got in the test,it was found that the turning ship can be recognized finely.

    The terahertz absorption spectrum of the insensitive explosives RDX and HMX in the spectral range from0to2.5THz with terahertz time domain spectroscopy were detected.The terahertz absorption spec-trum and the characteristic absorption peak of samples were acquired.And the position of characteristic absorp-tion peak was determined,analyzed and compared with the detected absoption spectrum from other research in-stitutes.The results show that the terahertz time-domain spectroscopy can be used to detect and identify explo-sives as well as the slight component change of samples.It also offers the scientific basis of establishing the fingerprint spectrum library with the terahertz time-domain spectroscopy.

    On account of the test condition of measuring the automation motion law,the data of test included some high frequency noisy need to be eliminated.The principle of the methods of smoothing data,such as moving average smoothing,locally weighted scatter plot smoothing and locally weighted robust scatter plot smoothing were discussed.And the data was simulated using the methods with different points.At the same time,the simu-lated data were compared with the result of differentiation directly,contrasted to the velocity curve of the firearms'automation which calculating by the testing system with higher precision.Finally the reasonable smoothing method is concluded from the result of comparison.

    Using the extending non-imaging optics theory and based on the principle of equalization of the distribution ratio of the luminous flux of incident rays to reflective ones in certain area of the surface,the direc-tion of the corresponding reflective ray to each incident ray is ascertained.Then the shape of reflector can be at-tained easily.According to the emission characteristics of light,area,irradiance and uniformity to design the re-flector,then TracePro can be used to simulate the design.The results show that using this method to design the reflector can reduce the time and improve the efficiency.And the design can meet the requirements well.

    Coatings were designed by Essential Macleod software based on the theory of film.High reflective ZrO 2 -SiO 2 dielectric coating and reflective aluminum coating were made using the design clothes by electron beam heating evap-oration coating method.The reflectivity of dielectric coating is up to rate of95%in wavelength of1.064μm,and the av-erage reflectivity of aluminum coating is over 95% between 3 μm and 5 μm. The technical parameters and environmental adaptability of the film are excellent.

    The process of designing the scanning-mirror system is mainly presented.Utilizing the high fre-quency scanning method of the scanning mirror system can detect the target at the long distance.Due to the big moment of inertia,the aluminum alloy material was used to make the detecting system with a good rigidity and light mass,which can be controlled by special sensor,and achieved the requirements for better precision scanning and detecting.

    A panoramic scanning dual band IR optical system is presented,it eliminates image rotation using K mirror,and can image both in3~5μm band and8~10μm band,and have a large scanning imaging fields and a wide optical aperture.The structure of the system is simple and easy to assemble,the performance is excel-lent.

    Temperature is a very important physical indicator in science research and production process,presently many researchers always need to measure the high amplitude,fast transient changes temperature.It has a unique advantage with fiber optic temperature sensor in high temperature measurement,so the coating technol-ogy is a key part of the fiber optic temperature sensor.An appropriate coating material was selected for high-tem-perature test,the physical and chemical properties of ZnO and MgAl2O4were also introduced.At the same time,according to the material properties,an appropriate coating method was chosen and used for the head coat-ing of blackbody cavity temperature sensor and the Surface coating of the FBG sensor.This technology is proved feasible and achieved the desired goals.

    By analyzing the principles and shortcomings of traditional simulated annealing algorithm,an im-proved simulated annealing algorithm was proposed.To avoid missing current optimal solution,the new algorithm memorizes current best solution,and it also sets up dual-threshold to reduce the amount of calculation while maintaining optimality.After taking serious insights into spectral shape multiplexing and Simulated Annealing,an efficient energy increment calculation method was designed to speed up calculation.The results of simulation and experimental verify that the new algorithm converges faster and better than the traditional simulated anneal-ing algorithm in solving the spectral shape multiplexing technique.

    The principle of finite difference time domain(FDTD)was presented,A TiO 2 photonic crystal(PC)with(AB) M A structure was designed,in the structure A is TiO 2 ,B is MgF 2 and M=8,and analysis of electromagnetic field in1D photonic scrystal(PC)was performed.The results show that without the doping method,it can also introduce the defect state into the photonic band gap only by changing the structural parame-ter,and the central wavelength and width of the defect state change with the structural parameter.

    By studying and analyzing the preamplifier and main amplification circuits design in photoelectric conversion circuitry,the optimum handling way for circuit amplifying,filtering,noise reduction processing was given,the purpose of the useful signal separating and outputting from the noise was achieved.The various factors affecting the stability of performance parameters from the principle of photoelectric conversion circuit design to the final plate process were discussed.The criteria and the basis were put forward for the circuit device selec-tions,arrangement,wiring,and noise reduction methods and so on.

    The most commonly used color difference formula was analyzed,the color difference formula was applied in image main color extraction by the clustering algorithm.Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that CIE94has a better display,and more efficient.As a result,the choice of color difference formula is closely linked with the actual use.We should choose different color difference formula to achieve a different image display.

    The optimizing design is the most important composition of the modern design,and Genetic Algo-rithms is one of the optimization design methods.Based on the experienced formula of aluminum cutting,by sim-ulation through Definite Element Analyzing software Ansys10.0,the deformation of workpiece under different machining parameters can be obtained;optimizing the processing parameters by Genetic Algorithms through toolbox MATLAB7.0,the least deformation and parameters can be acquired.The results would play a guiding role in the production and processing.
