In order to improve the effectiveness and pertinence of TACAN jamming, and solve the problem that the jamming signals may disturb the civil signals and the own electronic systems, it is proposed to transmitte the jamming signals by array antenna. Based on the LCMV rule, the signals inputed to arrays are multiplied by multiple weight vectors and single weight vector respectively, and the two beam'forming methods are analyzed by simulation. The simulation results show that, when using array antenna for beam forming, the single weight vector has 2 degrees, 4 degrees and 4 dB advantages respectively in such aspects of half'power beam width, minimum spacing of the beam and power difference between the main lobe and the sidelobe.

    A new method was proposed for feature extraction from acoustic targets by combining wavelet packet characteristic energy operator with multi-kernel function combination Kernel Principal Component Analysis (KPCA). First, wavelet packet characteristic energy operator was used to the acoustic signal of target for extracting characteristic parameters. Then, the combined kernel function was used for KPCA. The experiment results show that:The characteristic feature extraction method proposed can reduce the dimensions of the feature parameters, improve recognition rate and decrease computation complexity.

    Considering that the accuracy of target tracking and recognition is disturbed by the moving shadow in intelligent video surveillance, we proposed a shadow detection algorithm based on color and gradient histogram back-projection. On the basis of the moving object region detected by visual background extractor model, the shadow pixels were screened by the intensity and chromaticity in HSI color space at first. Then, the gradient histogram back-projection method was used to distinguish the moving object from the shadow. Finally, the detection results based on the above two methods were reasonably fused to get the final shadow area. The experimental results show that: Compared with the typical algorithms, the proposed method can effectively improve the accuracy and robustness of shadow detection. Therefore, it can be applied in accurate moving object detection and recognition.

    To understand the features of SAR images comprehensively, the influence of moving targets on SAR imaging is studied. First, analysis is made to the influence of uniformly-accelerating and uniformly-turning targets on SAR imaging in azimuth direction. The expressions of the moving features are derived. Afterwards, the expression of the skewing in distance produced by Doppler shift is derived by dechirping. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the moving targets have great influence on azimuth image and small influence on distance image. The research results are useful for understanding the change of moving target's SAR images.

    The Optimal Generalized Predictive Control (OGPC) algorithm is studied. The attitude of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) is dived into two loops of fast and slow, OGPC is used respectively in the design of the two loops, and a simulation analysis is carried out. The results show that the UAV attitude control law based on OGPC has good control performance.

    The Propagator Method (PM) replaces the eigenvalue decomposition with linear operation, in which the computational complexity is reduced but traversing search within the whole space spectrum is still needed, and the estimation performance degrades seriously under low SNR. In this paper, an Image Compression PM (IC-PM) algorithm is presented on the basis of the PM algorithm. The IC-PM algorithm uses the orthogonal characteristics of the propagator and guide vector, and constructs the real source in one dimensional space image of the source, which is equivalent to the entire spatial spectrum in the compression. Theoretical analysis and simulation experiments show that the IC-PM algorithm can reduce the computational complexity to half of the PM algorithm, and increase the estimation accuracy under the condition of low SNR.

    Aiming at the unknown clutter intensity existed in Probability Hypothesis Density (PHD) multi-target tracking algorithm, a tracking algorithm based on Entropy Penalized Expectation Maximization (EPEM) of unknown clutter estimation is proposed, called EPEM-PHD. The clutter intensity is modeled by finite mixture model. The entropy penalized factor is applied on mixed weight and the missing parameter. By adjusting the adaptive coefficient, the extinction of components with low weight is accelerated, thus can decrease the times of iterations. And the algorithm is not sensitive to initial parameters. Simulation results show that: the algorithm has the advantages of high precision and stable tracking, which improves the performance of PHD filter in multi-target tracking.

    Considering the limitation of single index evaluation, we made evaluation to directed graph of C4ISR structure based on four indexes of intelligence efficiency, dexterity, connectivity rate and command-control efficiency. The method of optimal combined weights was adopted to reflect the subjective judgment of decision maker and objective observation information. Weighted product model was adopted to reflect the feature that any of the index decreases may lead to decreased system structure effectiveness being unable to rise again.     The route planning of aircraft in sonobuoys deployment for searching submarine is studied. It is proposed that the sonobuoy array can be abstracted into a point set on the plane. Analysis is made to greedy algorithm, the commonly used route planning optimization method; and we find that when there is a point-set expansion, the greedy algorithm would diverge from the globally optimal solution. Then, in order to optimize the route, a more reasonable method named ant colony algorithm is used. Compared with greedy algorithm, ant colony algorithm could attain a better route. Simulation proves the effectiveness of the method.

    Gaussian mixture model has a huge computation cost, and is affected by the changes of noise and illumination. To solve the problems, frame difference method is used to roughly determine the moving target areas. After screening, Gaussian mixture model is applied in the determined area to reconstruct the background, and SUSAN operator is used to extract the edge at the same time. After morphological processing, AND operation is implemented to the results. In the meanwhile, the outside area is updated according to current frame. The moving target is obtained by integrating the two parts. Experiments show that the improved algorithm has good robustness and is well adaptive to illumination changes. With accurate and efficient detection performance, the improved algorithm can be applied to target tracking field.

    The command and control(C2)system network has varieties of equipment and complex network managementand fault diagnosis becomes difficult.Thereforeit is proposed to combine the Prognostics and Health Management (PHM) technology with network management technology and apply it in C2 system for network security.The realization of the health assessment and fault prediction in the network can enhance the reliability of the system.This paper focuses on the construction of the PHM system and its management mode.The function of each module is described and the process of network health assessment is introduced.Thenthrough the acquisition and statistical analysis of the performance index of a certain networkthe validity of the health assessment and fault prediction technology in network test is verified.Finallythe function and significance of PHM in the healthy operation of the system network to ensure the communication of the battlefield is summarized.

    Transform Domain Communication System (TDCS) is a new type of wireless communication system, which can actively avoid interference according to the change of external electromagnetic environment, and achieve RF stealth by using noise-like performance of basis function. The technologies of amplitude spectrum shaping and pseudorandom phase generating are the core technologies of TDCS. In this paper, the development process of TDCS is introduced with analysis to its principle and key technologies, and the problem existed in the actual military applications is presented. Finally, an outlook is made to the future development of TDCS according to the military needs and research progresses.

    In order to measure the center position and radius of laser spot accurately, a laser spot center locating method was proposed based on Vision Assistant of the LabVIEW visual processing module. Under the Matlab environment, 3 common spot center locating algorithms were adopted for simulation of the pretreated laser spot images collected by CCD camera. And contrast experiments were made with the method, including the comparison of Houng transformation with its improved scheme, the comparison between different operators of circular fitting method, and the comparison of the two-time refining of spatial moment localization method. Analysis was made accordingly to the advantages and disadvantages of the 3 locating algorithms. Finally, different Regions of Interest(ROIs)were taken randomly, and averaging was made to multiple measurements. The simulation results show that the improved scheme can get the spot center position and the radius quickly and accurately.

    Modeling of the pilot operation procedure may not only assist the intelligent cockpit designers to make coordination design to each module function applying top-down method, but also can be used to monitor the pilot's behavior and systems' status. The problem of traditional modeling method is analyzed, on which basis, a modeling method based on hierarchical timed Petri net is proposed. The model of air combat procedure under maneuvering flight is simulated in ExSpect environment, and the time response of the model is analyzed. The deficiency of the model is also discussed with the research direction of future.

    During the erecting of the large missile driven electrically by motor, the servo motor has large erecting force and time-varying load, and the erecting speed should be tracked in real time. To solve the problems, feedback linearization control is adopted to solve the problem of angular velocity coupling with electric current in nonlinear systems of Permanent Magnetic Synchronous Motor (PMSM). Simulation is made to traditional PI control and by taking Id, Iq, and ω, Id respectively as the inputs of the controller. The experiment result shows that: Control of PMSM based on feedback linearization can improve the dynamic response speed of erecting device, effectively prevent the possible reverse speed of motor in the initial stage of erecting, and increase the stability of the load during erecting. This is meaningful to the control of electric vertical erection for large missiles.

    In data processing of the exterior ballistic measurement, it is difficult for the common computer to implement the data operation with input sampling rate of 80 Hz/s due to the limits of its operation capability and internal storage. It can only extract 10 Hz/s or 20 Hz/s data to calculate, and can not provide the ballistic data of 50Hz/s. However, when the data extraction is sparse, some feature points, dynamic characteristics and details will not be demonstrated, while the high sampling rate of 80 Hz/s data can obtain the motion characteristics of the aircraft. By means of spline node optimization, algorithm improvement and unequal-distance B-spline node, and by taking full advantage of high-frequency-frame speed measurement data, the cluster system based computing system can obtain the ballistic parameters with high precision, which can meet the requirements of high-frequency-frame rate trajectory.

    Aiming at the fuzzy uncertainty problem in accelerated degradation test of electronic products, we proposed a reliability forecasting method for radar circuit board based on fuzzy degeneration data. Fuzzy processing was carried out to the test data obtained in degradation test, and a model for parameter estimation was established based on alpha set variables by using fuzzy set decomposition theorem. A fuzzy data processing method based on degraded trajectory was given. Fuzzy reliability prediction analysis was made by taking the frequency degradation data of the radar circuit board as an example, and the fuzzy reliability of the circuit board was obtained. The method provides a more accurate guidance for electronic equipment maintenance, thus can reduce the functional risks and improve the battlefield support capability.

    Multi-target tracking accuracy is an important indicator of airborne Infrared Search and Track (IRST) system, and the experimental verification of it under test flight conditions is not only costly but also difficult. Based on the features of multi-target tracking of IRST system, a semi-physical simulation system was designed for multi-target tracking accuracy testing. The system consists of a target simulation system, a dynamic excitation system, a system controller, a data acquisition processor and other components. By connecting to a transmission network composed of high-speed Ethernet and avionics busses, it can carry out dynamic testing of multi-target tracking accuracy under laboratory conditions. This paper describes the system composition, function and detailed design of the key target simulator, and the working principle of the multi-target tracking accuracy testing is also given.

    Suitability of the inertial navigation algorithm to the error model is the premise of the design of the static self-alignment or self-calibration Kalman filter. The open-loop navigation algorithm and the simplified Strap-Down Inertial Navigation System (SINS) static error model are given. The open-loop navigation algorithm is proved suitable to the simplified error model by error comparison. Based on the algorithm and model, a closed-loop Kalman filter is designed. The filter is used in semi-physical simulation of multi-position alignment, and the result shows that the estimation of gyroscope biases and accelerometer biases has the accuracy higher than 97%. The application proves further that the open-loop navigation algorithm is suitable to the simplified error model.

    Currently radar data transmission mainly depends on the short-wave radio and fiber-based communications, thus the destruction of the means of transmission will greatly reduce the capacity of communication. To solve the problem of track data transmission at low data transmission capacity, we proposed a data compression method based on track data curve fitting. Target detected by radar was taken as trace point, then the trace points were associated to form a track. Curve fitting was made to the track to obtain the parameters of the fitted curve. Then, the parameters of the fitted curve were transmitted instead of the track data. Finally, the parameters of the fitted curve were used to recover the track, which could greatly compress the data traffic, and implement radar track data transmission under the condition of low transmission capacity.

    Aimed at standard trajectory guidance for reentry of the Common Aero Vehicle (CAV), a new longitudinal trajectory guidance law was put forward based on the fuzzy sliding mode control. The longitudinal kinematical equation was reduced according to the characteristics of the CAV state model and the design requirements of fuzzy system. A control law combining fuzzy approximation with switching control was designed to approximate the bank angle's increment and compensate for the approximation error. Simulation results proved that the scheme could implement precise tracking to the longitudinal trajectory with good robustness and real-time performance.
