The multi-target tracking algorithms based on Random Finite Set (RFS) recently become a research hotspot for multi-sensor information fusion in the world.The research progresses of three kinds of important approximate filters under the RFS framework are discussed and summarized, including Probability Hypothesis Density (PHD), cardinalized PHD and multi-target multi-Bernoulli filter, and comparison is made to them.Then, the research status about the following aspects as maneuvering target tracking, nonstandard target tracking, multi-sensor fusion, multi-target tracking performance evaluation, etc.ispresented.Finally, the future research directions in related areas are given.

    Since Pulse Doppler (PD) fuze has the capability of range and velocity measurement, it is difficult for the traditional noise jamming and repeater jamming to implement effective jamming to it.In order to improve the jamming effect to PD fuze, a two-dimensional multiple false targets jamming method was proposed.This method can form multiple false targets jamming in both range and velocity, thus can improve the efficiency of breaking through the range and velocity selection of the fuze.Moreover, the jamming parameters can be altered flexibly as needed.Theoretical analysis and simulation results demonstrate that this jamming method can jam the PD fuze efficiently, and has very strong practicability in the field of electronic warfare.

    Analysis was made to the defects of CS-Jerk model, based on which an improved CS-Jerk algorithm was proposed. According to the statistical characteristics of innovation that the innovation covariance matrix trace is in a chi-square distribution, an activation function was constructed, which could produce activation factor. Then the maximum/minimum acceleration and maneuvering frequency of CS-Jerk model could update adaptively, and thus to adjust the state covariance matrix and filter gain matrix adaptively. Therefore, the error of target state estimation was decreased. Compared with traditional Jerk model and CS-Jerk model, the improved algorithm has higher accuracy in tracking highly maneuvering target. Simulation results show the feasibility of the algorithm.

    Currently there are a variety of functions for operating range calculation of infrared systems, each has its own applicability and limitations. Analysis was made to the existing operating range function based on contrast ratio, which showed that the effect of diffusion imaging and path radiation were not taken into consideration in the function, and it can only be applied to the target with a single wavelength. In this paper, the impact of diffusion imaging and the path radiation on the operating range of infrared systems were taken into consideration, the operating function based on contrast was modified, and a contrast-based function of infrared system's operating range to point targets was obtained. The forecasting result of this method was consistent well with the actual experimental result, which proved the validity of the method.

    The distance ambiguity function of Pulse Frequency Encoding Signal (PFES) has grating lobes around the main lobe, under the circumstance that the width of sub-pulses is larger than reciprocal of minimal frequency hopping gap.Grating lobes not only have bad effect on accurate detection of single target, but also hide the main lobe of weak target when it locates in grating lobes of others, leading to miss detection.In order to eliminate the grating lobes of distance ambiguity function of frequency-coded sub-pulses signal, sub-pulses Linear Frequency Modulation (LFM) was introduced based on the original signal, then parameter choice rules of the composite signal were discussed to achieve that purpose.The effect of the method was verified by using Matlab simulation.

    A new method was proposed for estimating the influence domain of weight function in moving least square method based on De Giorgi iterative method. The method can estimate the radius of influence of the weight function in local domain, through which the formula of the weight function can be obtained. The algorithm was used for processing the trajectory of a certain aerial bomb. Experimental result showed that: the ballistic trajectory model obtained by the proposed weight function in moving least square method can satisfy the requirement of engineering accuracy, and the smoothness of the fitting curve is improved.

    Dynamic tests to warhead can provide more exact data for weapon system evaluation than static tests.The choice of beam-width in the test has direct effect on the choice of test point.Based on analysis, modeling, and simulation to movement of warhead dynamic fragments, the dispersion of the fragments was studied.Meanwhile, by using radar in the warhead dynamic test, the characteristics of the fragments, such as quantity, velocity and distance distribution in radar beam-width, were analyzed, with focus on the influence of radar beam-width to radar characteristics of warhead fragments.The result is helpful for the development of warhead tests.

    Theoretical analysis is made to the principle of laser jamming on long wave infrared detecting equipment.The environment for laser jamming experiment was set up, through which the crosstalk effect of 9.4 μm laser with different parameters of power, frequency and angle of divergence on detecting equipment was studied by experiments.The crosstalk level was scaled by spot of laser on detector and contrast ratio of the spot and background.It is concluded that the crosstalk effect is determined by laser power density on the detector.It is obtained through experiment that when laser frequency is 20 kHz, the jamming threshold of long wave infrared detecting equipment is 39.89 mW/cm2, which is consistent with the theoretical analysis.

    To the problem that the traditional PID controllers has low effectiveness when there is strong noise in feedback signal Quadrotor UAVs attitude control process, a PD controller based on Tracking-Differentiator (TD) is proposed, in which Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm is applied to tune parameters. First, according to the tracking and filtering performance of TD to signals, the index for evaluating the tracking performance and filtering performance is proposed respectively based on tracking error and high-frequency information energy. Then, the weighted sum of them is used as fitness function of PSO algorithm. The simulation results verify that the proposed PD controller has good effectiveness in attitude control under the condition of strong noise.

    The information technology has found wide application in imaging guidance missiles, and the attack to the missiles keeps a difficult problem. It is proposed here to jam the imaging guidance missiles by laser weapons for decreasing the missiles'efficiency. The laser saturation energy, and the hit probability of the missile before and after laser jamming are calculated out. A laser jamming model is established for trajectory simulation. The results show that the laser can jam the imaging guidance missiles.

    To solve the problems of object scale changing, illumination variation and partial object occlusion in target tracking, the object tracking strategy based on block method is adopted for tracking multiple points in the object box.The variation of object scale and displacement are confirmed according to the relationship between corresponding points change through two sequential pictures.Considering object occlusion, location of object tracking is calculated out by spatial temporal context information between tracking points and uninfluenced tracking points.To improve the real-time performance and locating accuracy of tracking points of the algorithm, the efficient Spatial Temporal Context(STC)method is applied to track every single point.It is demonstrated from experiment that this novel multi-block tracking method can track target accurately, and has the capacity of anti-partial occlusion and resistance to illumination changes.Meanwhile, this method is efficient, has good real-time performance, and is adapted to different tracking conditions.

    Nowadays, more and more attacks based on source address spoofing appear on the internet, which is difficult to trace and is a big threat to network security.Under the condition of the existing network environment, it is very difficult to implement source address validation.A significant network innovation brought by Software-Defined Networking (SDN) has made the network control more convenient.This article utilizes programmable controller to redesign and implement source address validation method, and puts forward two kinds of source address validation methods based on SDN.One is binding the stateless IP address and underlying immutable tags like MAC address/Port, forming a triple flow table filtering rules (MAC, Port and IP) in the interchanger;the other is to compute routing path with the shortest path algorithm, sending flow tables like source_IP, destination_IP, in_port and out_port as filtering rules.Simulation experiment was made to compare the effect of the two schemes.

    The frequency of 1090 MHz is generally used in aviation systems.These signals with the same frequencies may superpose over the time.The distribution of signal characteristic values over the time is used to determine the superposing situation of signals, and then Projection Algorithm (PA) is used to separate the superposed signals.A simulation model was established by using the toolbox of Matlab Simulink for 1090 MHz signal separation, and expected results were obtained.The simulation results show that projection algorithm can effectively separate two superposed S mode signals, which is also adaptable for A/C mode signals.

    Fast steering mirrors(FSM) are high-precision, high-bandwidth electro-mechanical mechanisms for enhancing the performance of electro-optical imaging and beam-steering systems, which have found wide applications in such areas as astronomy, laser communications, military targeting and surveillance systems.In this paper, typical FSM electromechanical configurations and features are overviewed.Then, the development of the LOS kinematic relation of FSM is presented, and some representative patterns of scanning deviation are given.The obtained kinematic relations can be used to calibrate the FSM system in order to improve the pointing performance.

    In order to investigate the influence of camera inner parameters to the measuring precision, the camera inner parameters such as focal length, imaging center and distortion coefficient were taken as input variables of the Monte Carlo Method (MCM), and success rates of pose determination was used to measure the influence degree of each input variable to the measuring precision.Statistics was made through simulation for the pose measuring errors caused by the same input error in multiple image surfaces.The simulation result shows that:1) The impact of focus error on measuring precision increases as the imaging point of target feature deviates from the imaging center;2) The impact of the imaging center error on the measuring precision has no obvious change in the whole image surface;and 3) The error of pose measuring increases with the distortion of image regions.Therefore, improving the precision of focal length and distortion coefficient would increase the pose measuring precision of outer imaging regions, while the measuring precision in the entire imaging surface region would be increased by decreasing the imaging center error.

    The airborne network interconnection technology is progressing from the low-speed, single-station bus, such as ARINC429, to high-speed, bidirectional, and networking way. The change of the network architecture introduces new safety requirements, and the existing airworthiness certification technology is unable to justify the airworthiness of the high-speed airborne network. In this paper, analysis is made to the airworthiness certification requirements of high-speed airborne interconnection network. The validation elements and review requests of the high-speed airborne interconnection network are given. This study can provide a theoretical basis for the authority to solve the certification problem of aircraft data network.

    The servo control unit is the core component of a certain optoelectronic system. Based on analysis to working principle of the optoelectronic system and testing requirements of the servo control unit,we proposed a scheme for design the software/hardware of the testing platform for the control unit. In order to verify the mechanical structure stability of the simulated load and the accuracy of DC motor control system, virtual simulations to the pitch and azimuth mechanism of simulated load were accomplished by using Adams and Matlab/Simulink. The scheme design of the testing platform and the virtual simulation analysis to the simulated load can provide a reliable basis for further study.

    Locata positioning technology is the substitute technology of GNSS in the invisible environment or unavailable situation.As is shown by many studies, centimeter-level positioning accuracy can be achieved with carrier phase measurement by Locata positing technology.In Locata system, the float carrier phrase ambiguity can be obtained at a precise coordinate point with the initializing method.However, in many cases, Locata carrier phase integer ambiguity needs to be resolved in real-time.In the real-time resolution of Locata carrier phase integer ambiguity, an online resolution method based on TIKHONOV regularization principle and LAMBDA searching method is used to solve the problems such as singular equation.Simulation analysis shows that correct integer ambiguity resolution can be obtained by using the method.

    Focusing on portability and extensibility requirements of civil aircraft power supply system embedded software, a object-oriented design method based on Unified Modeling Language (UML) was put forward. Considering the issues of the long cycle and high cost of software development, we adopted the hierarchical plug-in design method. According to the development process of UML design, the use case diagram of system requirement was established, the static structure model of logical framework and dynamic behavior model of logical framework were established for the software. Power supply system management of out-put was implemented via health monitoring of power supply system in real-time. Practical application showed that: 1) The embedded software has good portability and extensibility; 2) The independent design of software and hardware can shorten system development cycle and reduce the cost; and 3) The system design can implement health management of itself.

    In order to obtain higher resolution images of earth observation, we have to obtain more accurate satellite attitude, thus the measurement and processing of satellite high-frequency jitter must be solved.The four-mode differential laser gyro has the ability to measure the full-band jitter.Considering that the star sensors have the advantage of high measuring accuracy, we put forward a combined attitude determination program based on four-mode differential laser gyro and star sensor.The Kalman filter model of the combined attitude determination program was derived, which was then used for fusion filtering of four-mode differential laser gyro and star sensor measurement data.The simulation results show that the program achieves a broadband satellite micro-vibration measurement, and thus can obtain highly accurate satellite attitude.

    As an important part of Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), polarizer has a direct effect on display quality.We made global heating and local heating experiments on polarizer used in LCDs.When the polarizer was globally heated, there was no light leakage.While in local heating, light leakage appeared on the polarizer with higher temperature gradients when center temperature is the same.The finite analysis model of the polarizer was established.The simulation results show that: 1) There is no shear stress on the polarizer when globally heated;and 2) The shear stress in the local heating test with small temperature gradient is far smaller than that in the test with large temperature gradient.Therefore, the shear stress is the main cause of light leakage.Reasonable design should be made on heat dissipation and structure on LCD to avoid shear stress.

    In the engineering test of an electric-optic turret, it was found the systems inherent frequencies were distinctly lower than the designed ones.To explain this phenomenon, the stiffness coupling between the electric-optic turret and the vibration isolator was analyzed.Further more, a new design method of vibration reduction based on stiffness matching was proposed, and was applied in the improved design of the turret.The subsequent tests proved the effectiveness of this method.

    In attitude guidance picture of the cockpit display system, distortion and flickering may occur to the numerical value of pitching angle and the triangle indicating the angle of inclination in rotation and translation.To solve the problem, reverse mapping method of bilinear interpolation was used for image rotation and translation.Visual C++ was used in the PC Windows environment for simulation.Comparison was made to the attitude pictures before and after the processing of interpolation algorithm.Experimental results showed that the algorithm can effectively restrain the distortion and flickering of attitude display in rotation and translation.
