Finite Element Analysis Method Based on Equivalent Transformation of Mixed Vibration Spectrum
Based on the finite element modal analysis results, the equivalent random vibration analysis of equipment is completed by transforming the constant frequency sine plus random vibration spectrum into the acceptable boundary conditions of finite element analysis software. The displacement and stress response of the equivalent in the vibration environment is obtained. The vibration simulation analysis is carried out by using this method, and the analysis results show that the strength of the equipment meets the requirements of operation. And the correctness of the equivalent transformation method is verified by experiments.
