To deal with the multiple location points fusion problem of aerial observation platform to the emitter on the grounda fusion method based on probability density function is proposed. After the analysis to the maximum likelihood (ML) estimation methodtwo fusion methodsthe sum method of the probability density function (SPDF) and the modified ML (MML) methodare proposed.Location points are fused through the sum of each points probability density function and the choice of data window to improve the location precisionand the fusion problem in the case of wild observation points and multiple emitters was solved.Simulation results verify that the algorithm can effectively fuse multiple location points to improve the locating precisionand the performance of SPDF method is more robust than the MML method.
