Method for Measuring Carrier Mobility of Organic Optoelectronic Materials
Organic optoelectronic materials can be generally divided into two types such as small molecules or oligomers and polymers. Charge carrier mobility is an important parameter to evaluate the electrical conductivity of organic optoelectronic materials, which is directly related to the charge transport property. Therefore, the measurement of charge carrier mobility is one of the basic tasks in studies of organic optoelectronic materials. Through the summary and analysis of several different testing methods, the testing technology of several charge carrier mobility is reported, and the applicable principles of the testing methods and applicable testing ranges are pointed to. It is of great significance to study the charge carrier transmission in organic optoelectronic materials and the performance of organic optoelectronic devices.
