According to the requirement of photoelectric theodolite which is used for measuring high speed target′s characteristic, a kind of information record system has been carried out. Both of structure and principle of the system have been presented. This system has two characteristics that are high speed, uncompressed digital image data record and synchronous measurement data record. At last, a model has been finished, its total performance shows that this record system can attain high capability and fulfill works of the target′s characteristic measurement.
