Progress of NIR diode laser gas sensors and its application
The measurement principle of gases sensors based near-infrared diode laser absorption spectroscopy was introdnced. Latest advanced of the applications in monitoring and controlling of garbage combustion processes, remote sensor of pipe leakage, monitoring of vehicle emissions etc., and developing trend of diode laser sensor were discussed.
