Design and Preparation Technology of 3D Eyeglasses Optical Thin Film
3D eyeglasses are widely used in commercial cinema, medicine, shipping, aviation and other electro-optical information industry. The image color from chromatic aberration 3D eyeglasses such as red-blue, red-green, red-cyan will be seriously lost, and the images are distortional. 3D chromatic aberration eyeglasses designed by optical thin films can greatly enhance the chromatic fidelity of images and make the images richer. By introducing the principle of chromatic aberration 3D eyeglasses and the interference characteristics of optical thin films, the spectral curves of 3D glasses are designed by Needle optimization algorithm. Compared with the Simplex algorithm of non-1/4 film heap series, the Needle algorithm has fewer layers and thinner thickness, which is more conducive to the realization of the process. The actual design spectra are prepared and spectral measured results are in good agreement with the design, such as Tave is more than 90% at 0.47~0.5 μm, 0.56~0.58 μm and 0.65~0.68μm, Tave is less than 10% at 0.42~0.46 μm, 0.52~0.55 μm, 0.6~0.64 μm and 0.7~0.74 μm. And the technology characteristic requirements of 3D glasses optical film are met.
