The corresponding relation between spatial spectrum and the diamond geometric structure feature is derived by using the optical Fourier transform. An experimental platform for diamond reflected light spatial spectrum detecting analysis system is set up, and the spatial spectrum of a real diamond sample is detected by using this platform. The spatial spectrum of the diamond geometric feature is analyzed, and the characteristics of rotation invariance and translation invariance are discussed.
