Space-based observation technology for space object becomes most important technology in the field of space. Now many countries and organizations have energetically developed space-based observation technology. The space-based optic observation applies optic fence,specifying space area and geosychronous orbit means for searching,star-tracking means for orienting,waiting or tracking means for imaging.
